Diablo 3 or Guild Wars 2

Hi guys I am in a bit of a cash issue and will only be able to one of these games at the end of the month. I know that it is very difficult to compare these very different games and I enjoy both types equally as much. Fortunately Diablo 3 will be coming out on the 15th so I will have a bit of a chance to see what it is like before getting making my choice. I have seen a lot of the previews and game play of GW2 and I have been very excited about it for a while now.

So now I have the difficult choice of which to choose to get 1st.. I will probably end up getting both just one at the end of this month and next one the following month but which one to get 1st...

I say Diablo 3 mostly because most MMO's bore me to tears. Plus Diablo 3 is going to be AWESOME.

Well then the answer is clear. D3 now and GW3 in a few years.

I will play D3 mostly. GW 2 I think is only releasing a bit later anyway so save your cash both will be epic....

Well Guild Wars 3 might be about 10 - 15 years from now so Diablo III. However if you meant Guild Wars 2 then why should we have to pick? GW2 isn't going to be released for a while, leaving plenty of time to play Diablo III.

Hahah Isengard you beat me to the punch, totally agree tho, get D3 and buy GW2 once its released?!?!?! Since it's only gone into beta now you have plenty of time to play D3

Nope and by the looks of it we won't get a full release for at least the next two months. That leaves enough time to get to Inferno difficulty in D3.

I had the same problem, but I was in the D3 and GW2 Beta's and I went with GW2. It is much more fun and is gona keep you entertained allot longer! If I had the money I would get both... but yeah imo GW2 > D3
