Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls

So I got my first taste of Torment 6 last night...needless to say there were a lot of screaming and crying and death, and that was NOT from the creeps...

So im getting back into things nicely... Im not playing any Torment yet, but on master i think, (just below torment 1)

Still using a hell of a lot of my old gear from 2012, and iv noticed EVERYTHING in my stash, Except the 3 Legendaries i picked up(with 2 lvl 60 and 1 lvl 50 characters) is not worth between 7 and 48 gold :wtf: and even the 3 legendaries i had, are worth a few hundred gold...

So needless to say i sold my entire stash last night... Barring my 3 legendary coz im sentimental that way... "whistling:

StregaZA#1138 is my nick, if anyone is keen to add me  Im busy getting through the 5th act, I like to do it by myself first mainly so I can take in the whole story etc...

Dreading taking my Witch Doctor out again... Sure my whole set of equipment wont fetch 500 gold...

Got in a few good hours worth of Adventure mode this weekend. Pushed my Crusader's damage up from 80k to 280k (330k when buffed)

Leveling goes so fast that your gear will hardly stay the same but on the quick.

You are using a 2 hander which means you have to think like that now.
Slow big hits.

that 20% fire damage is HUGE and you should abuse it.
I would recommend switching some fire in and getting rid of Near Death.

I've modified your build a bit to take advantage of that lovely weapon.

LTK will be the big damage dealer here. It has the best damage for monks monks at the moment. You could also swap left click to something like FoT:Quickening to help ensure you are in range for that LTK every time. It also helps you to be more mobile along with Quicksilver on the dashing strike. COnsider swopping the hotkeys you have for Dashing Strike and LTK.

Concider rerolling the Lightning damage on bracers to fire.

My monk (Bit naked due to some testing) for reference. She facerolls T2 easily.

Jeez Bro!!! Thanks so much for the input! I never actually realised what the fire damage does, but i see what your saying now! Do you think that weapon is worth keeping though? Because to be honest the only reason im using it is because it was better than my Scorn...(yes my scorn was from the old D3 like a year and 6 months ago...) But thanks for the skills update! I will change it up!

Awesome Barb man! That fire damage is incredible! Iv actually got a Cindercoat, but its terrible stats... Was also from like a year ago... But i like this fire damage idea... Going to give it a go for sure!

It should see you through the next 4 levels easily.
Building fire at 70 is hard because you pretty much need cindercoat and magefist. Lightning is much easier to build.
It's very important to realize that although the damage on elemental characters will normally look lower they do more damage.

If you take my 600K monk with 67% lightning damage you are actually looking at 1.02 million damage.
Then add the +dmg to my skills that are on my gear and you get the picture.

Edit: In fact jokers barb is a perfect example seeing how my monk is naked at the moment.

Awesome man thanks! Can I ask for a brief description of what the new crafting chick does? I got her yesterday, but not sure what she actually does... Or how she works...

I see if u hover over the purple spiral in the top right corner of the item it shows a different item... Has this item been changed into something from an original item?

So she does 2 things:

1) Transmog. She simply changes how gear looks. This is purely ascetic and that is the purple spiral you are seeing.

2) She can reroll a stat on your gear.
This is what I meant with your bracers.

You take a single piece of gear and select a single stat to reroll.
Clicking the (?) next to the stat will show what it can possible roll.

Each roll cost more than the last for a single item. So each item will start cheap.
Once you reroll a stat you cannot reroll another stat on that same item.
For monks this can be usefull to get your OWE resist.

Also you will be using it a lot to get a socket on a weapon.
Weapons with no sockets at lvl 70 are pointless. You lose ridiculous amounts of damage by not having a big green gem in there.

So on your bracers you can reroll the +lightning damage to fire damage.
Remember that legendaries require a legendary material to reroll. These are the same materials used for crafting.

Ok i understand the Stat rolling, thats pretty cool, How do you add a socket though?
The Transmorph thing, if i look at Jokers shoulders for example, it seems like they started out as a normal item and he made them into a legendary is this right?

Well a socket is a stat. So look for Socket(1) on a weapon or socket(3) on chest.

With transmog yes. It LOOKS like the legendary item, but it does not change the stats.

But i dont get why you would want it to look like a legendary with no benefit?
