Diablo III closed beta goes live

I am going to have to check to see I have volunteered for Betas in my Battle.Net profile. I am itching to play this....provided the download isn't too big.

That was the jealous prick inside of me lol. Actually it would be nice if they could check latency with different speed connections if that is possible (allowed).
 
I don't think I'll be picking this up. Being forced to constantly be connected to the internet to play a singleplayer game is beyond stupid IMO.

At first I was also annoyed at having to be online the whole time. Then I realized that I'm online the whole time anyways and it didn't bother me anymore. I am still a bit worried about how my 3G connection will affect the game but I guess we'll have to wait and see.
 
Damn, I have visited the site like 100 times today, and still no beta key.

Will they mail you if you get a beta test key?
 
guys remember that they will send out the invites US pacific time, so start checking from about 18h00 to 03h00

well according to what I was told anyway :D

I don't currently have an uncapped account and I generally get capped halfway through the month. Not being able to play for the other half of the month would suck. Heh, there's Torchlight 2 coming out soon so I'll buy that to get my Action RPG on.

Dude, these days buying a few extra gigs is real cheap. Just try Afrihost or something similar. Really not bad at all.

That said Torchlight 2 is going to be awesome! :)
 
NO KEY yet. Aaaaaaarrrggghhhhh. And I refuse to partake in the half ass'ed crack beta. pffft. a beta key would be an awesome bday gift BLIZZARD!!!!!
