Hi Guys, Just a quick comment to clear up the DIABLO CE delay issue that seems to be going around.

Last month we had orders come in that never made the amount of stock we had. So these people were notifed that their order for a collectors did not qualify. We then managed to secure and extra 200 copies of the collectors for these specific orders. We notified these people on monday of certain criteria we needed, to make sure they are serious about the copy. We have since been told that these extra 200 copies we have managed to secure did not make the first shipment for the game and are thus delayed. The deposit requested for these copies are included in the final price, and not extra.

All other Diablo Collectors editions are on time. so if you have an order and have paid your deposit and your latest confirmation says Diablo collectors and not Diablo midnight launch then your game will arrive on time.

Hope Kalahari has their stock as well....we can only hope.

The deposit deducted from final price is fine but that non-refundable & has to be collected at midnight launch is just wrong.

Stumbled across THIS on the Diablo 3 Forums...

So the people that got closed beta get a FoS and a unique siguel because they got LUCKY enough to have been chosen via the opt in? I mean quoting the blue post that said this they didn't even need to have had the game downloaded or have logged in the beta to even recieve this lol.

Getting the beta alone is a reward so for the rest of the community (Mostly EU and Asia) who had to wait for that crummy stress test weekend we don't get anything.


GG 90% of the beta testers who recieved this who also happen to be American, is this due to their whine about getting the game 9hours later?

So now people are complaining because you get a sigil & an Achievement O.o

I have a Bungie beta tester shirt for my Xbox live avatar that I got for participating in the Halo Reach MP Beta...

Alot of the time I don't "get" people.

Indeed, I just burst out laughing when I read about this. OK I did get into the beta and I can't be arsed about feats of strength etc, but if beta testers were given some exclusive item or access to a hidden dungeon I could understand, but a sigil for your banner and something that's not even an achievement...... LOL!
 
Guys there is no delay on Diablo 3 stock..... must be the ferver and panic setting in so close to launch.
