A nice big fuck you to Blizzard.

Mine was running fine the whole night, but now suddenly when the servers are full my latency is awful, and I get continuous lag spikes.

This is what happens when you try to be funny and create an MMO that allows for singeplayer.

Not blizzards fault we are past 3rd world when it comes to infrastructure. Are the people in the states also having lag? D2 also used bnet, we just grew up and went past lan and offline only. However we are stuck in a digital retarded country...
 
This is clearly a server-side issue, not on our side. The people in EU are also having the exact same issues. The game was working fine for everybody, then the server load at Blizzard increased and now it is unplayable for around 90% of people.

The Blizzard forums are fuming.

Noted. Think I'm going to pass for next few days and play more space marine then.
 
Me and Grimspoon and someone called pancake got a nice 3 hours in and am now at the end of act 1. Was a very awesome session.

The butcher was a bitch! that fire kept getting me, revive and then die before I can hit up a potion.
 
Seems the issues are more or less fixed already. Just managed to play up to the end of Act 1 with almost no issues. Latency was a bit higher than desired, but perfectly playable, unlike earlier this evening.

Retiring for the night, but can't wait to play again! Wow. Amazing game.

I'm now playing a wizard, and it's pretty tough. A lot harder than when I was playing monk.

Game seems to scale a bit in difficulty as you progress, up to the skeleton king it was pretty easy and soon afterwards as you reach level 10 it starts to get very fun, I had to dodge and drop caltrops to stop mobs from body blocking me in

The Monk is quite a powerful character. My SO's monk pawns my Barb :D

I sent you a friend invite but you didn't show online otherwise I would have invited you to our game.

Me and Spooner had a skype voice call running in the background the entire time with no ill effects.

? I got invites from Fivel, Wyvern, Eugene and some others but not you. I sent one to you and Spooner the previous night.

I didn't get an invite from you, you sure your on EU servers? O.o Tonight you should jump onto Skype when you login and we can try and get it sorted.

Did you end up going for Barbarian? What level you at?

I'll resend then. Could have been the wonky shit from the previous night causing it. I'm def on EU servers. Got my Barbarian to lvl 7 last night - just not getting enough time in.

I must say I felt that I leveled pretty fast once we got the co-op going.
Have you taken out the skeleton king yet?
