Some times you run into elites while running away from some others once and you need a stun and not a cleave rune.

The 10s delay isn't going to stop that. It will just delay it slightly. What would stop it is if they check if your abilities and buffs correspond.

PS. Have you guys noticed that you can't kick somebody from the game? The button just never enables. We had an afk player last night we wanted to kick, but couldn't. I was party leader and the button was also disabled for me.

So run back the way you came and have cleared. The switching you are talking about could just as easily be used to stun and then cleave an enemy, which would be an exploit.
 
The unmovable windows are a real pain. Try picking up loot when somebody starts the next encounter and it covers half of the middle of your screen. There are several other annoying windows as well which you just can't move.

You also can't link items from the vendor or AH to your friends.

It was because he's party leader, your in his game. If you where party leader you could kick. I always have to be careful not to kick Spooner when we play together.

I was the party leader, I had the little crown thing, and I could not kick. Nobody else who was there could kick either. The person who we wanted to kick joined much later and as such could not have been the leader.

Oh sorry, miss read. I dunno hey. Im pretty sure my the button is enabled for me the whole time. Easiest solution, dont open the game to the public.

Sounds like you need to put more thought into your skill choices. :) You shouldn't need a build per pack, something the Nephalem valour system strongly discourages.

I don't have problems with my skill set, it would just be awesome if you could switch to stun when a elite pack rushes you and you don't want cleave but rather fury with stun.

It wasn't a public game. It was a friend who went afk and didn't quit for some reason or the other, and we couldn't make him.

That would make your build meaningless and significantly hamper your enjoyment of the game because if you could change skills whenever you wanted with no cool down then you would feel forced to do so to maximise your performance. That's what happened in the beta, guys would play with the skill bar open (before runes) and then switch abilities depending on the enemies they were fighting.

Forcing you to stick to a set of skills means you have to make decisions which ultimately makes things more interesting.
 
My lag is still perfectly fine throughout the day, but at night it usually jumps up to 500. Not entirely unplayable, just not very fun to play with it. :(
 
Heya fellow diablo 3 dungeon denizens! Came accross this weapon somebody advertised on general and was just thinking, could it be a legit weapon? It's got major damage output, more than what i have seen so far in game...

I see your follower is lvl 31 so your what? 35? That looks like inferno gear to. Me and Grimspoon where lucky if we got magic items last night, drop rate now seems seriously buggered.

Edit: Did they post a link to the image or did you buy it and then got the item? If u got it from someone in general then it could be a haxored item or a photoshoped image.

Yip something is def up with drop rate at the moment.
I think they messed it up, Im sure they'll just hot fix it without ever mentioning it to any of the players.

I also don't get why they bothered adding legendary weapons with horse shit stats, I know they said they would fix the stats..but I've already dropped 2 lvl60 and they were hard to get...so they worth nothing xD Only the legendary drops after the fix will have decent stats...apparently...
