I'm sure you'll find the game 2nd hand,don't buy it new.

Rather get a game that is currently hot on the gaming scene.

I'm not really the "play it while it's hot" type of person. Most games I buy months (if not years) after release, because they are then affordable. Only exceptions in recent years have been Borderlands 2 and Guild Wars 2 (which was gifted to me).

I only get a game new if it's a MMO or online shooter, that I can play with friends, but I always try and get it at a sale or trade from another gamer.

I'm not paying R799 for a game...NO WAYS.

same here, if its not on some ridicules special then i'll wait until it is.

FarligOpptreden, see if you can't get a ps+ sub, you will then have more games to play than you can handle. (as long as you have internet to download it.) They also give you a 14 free test period to test it out. honestly i really cannot remember when i last purchased a game for my ps3 as i really enjoy all of the free games ps+ give me every month, and it costs the same as 1 new title (12 month sub.)

I'm very keen on it, as that is the cheapest I have ever seen it for both games, though I would prefer it on PC.
If you are already downloading it, please let me know if there is any assisted aiming.
 
Also looking at a few titles. Redux is cheap (R100 a game), Bastion is catching my eye, though I have a feeling it's going to be a PS+ title sometime this year. Tomb Raider is also cheap, and though I have played it I would like to get it again.
 
Sunset Overdrive now at R380 for Gold subscribers and if you use the US Store, R330 on yesterday's exchange rate. Good deal!
