Dim spot on monitor?

Hey guys,

I have a dim spot on my Samsung LED monitor at the top, i'm assuming one of the backlights has blown?
Who can I send this in to to get repaired? I love my monitor and I'm hoping I don't need to replace it?

Send it to Samsung themselves? Or try to find an accredited dealer.
