Diretide coming with the next update!

Following severe sommunity backlash, Valve has decided to give the fans what they want and have announced that the Diretide event will be delivered along with the next big Dota 2 update.

After a long time working on a huge update to be shipped into Dota 2, the developers decided that it was for the best to leave Diretide for this year and focus on something more important in the long run. Valve admit that they underestimated just how much the community wanted Diretide, and have decided that the event will be added into the game when the next update comes around.

Lack of communication is something that was apparent in recent weeks, and Valve have admitted that they were at fault. They will be looking to rectify this and are sure that the mystery update will leave us all more than happy to forgive them. However, Valve have made it clear that now is probably a good time to stop harrassing local Volvo dealerships.

I had no idea what all the diretide hype was about but now that I know?! HELL YEAH!!!!! Trick or Treating Rosh. They should make him Santa though and he just walks around the map giving people stuff, depending on if you're good or bad :)
 
Storm Spirit revamp, and two new heroes. Also, you'll now be able to do something with all the bullshit items you have. It kinda annoyed me when they removed the ability to delete your items to get higher quality ones. Sure, the chance was extremely low, but it cleared up a lot of inventory space! The only downside to the new method (where you combine the same items to get a better one) is that they reckon it'll kill the Community Market.
 
So what did Rosh-clause bring you guys for Diretide?

I've gotten some nice rares from the recipes, and even managed to augment the Llama Llama courier using 6 kak rares! Haven't bought any keys yet, mainly because I have terrible luck with chests.
