Dirt 2 - does anybody get the "ultra high" options?

Howdy guys

Dont know who here has played or is playing Dirt 2,in the graphics options menu everything is on high and I dont seem to be able to get the "ultra high" settings.any ideas??

Hey dude, I must check. I finished it on xbox playing @ 720p on my 32" lcd. The gfx was mint, so I didn't notice any issues. This was via component cables, not hdmi.

Ultra High for Dirt 2 sounds like it's the DX11 settings...

ja and vetbeer has a gtx480...

so i think he qualifies for dx11

Hey

Just checked. I can select ultra high for most settings. For some, I don't think there's ultra high. Select preset options and choose ultra high and it should automatically set all settings that can go ultra to it. Got an HD5870 btw.

Thanks guys,put the preset on "ultra" and now its perfect,Sirf you are correct some options are on ultra and some can only go to high.Game is running perfect on ultra with 16x aa and getting between 78-90 fps most areas.the games looks stunning with everything maxed and Dx11!!

As confirmed already vetbeer, not all options can be pushed to Ultra. Anyway, sweet looking game maxxed out, doesn't leverage all the new DX11 features to the fullest as it came out pretty early in DX11's lifecycle, still looks great though.
