Discuss 3DS price cuts in the forums

I expect the new price in SA to be about R1800-2000. I bought mine at 20% off and got an awesome cashback voucher courtesy of Exclusives.co.za, so I'm not feeling too burned. Its a very bold and daring move for Nintendo but I think it will definitely help in the long run. There's been the recession, as well competition with home console price cuts. Increased sales should hopefully attract more developers and create more games for Nintendo's fledgling handheld.

Yeah hopefully this price cut helps out a bit with sales and interest, but on every unit sold they losing out. So now the games need to come come come.... which is of course good for us coz it's been a bit dry so far. granted, the system is still very young.
