Divinity: Orginal Sin 2

There's a GIF for that
Divinity: Orginal Sin 2 is now live on Kickstarter and already doing extremely well, as should probably be expected.

It actually looks really promising, especially for people who like co-op and PvP

I enjoyed the first one immensely! Think I have like 60 hours in the game. I only learned about it after the kickstarter though. Perhaps I will back this one, especially since I can get the game for $25.

AWESOME! Knew it was today, but as per normal forgot! Thanks dewd, backed. (Cheapskate, took the $25 one)
I really love what KickStarter has done so far, sure there are scams and insane people (*looks at Uwe*) but damn, I have it to thank for some awesome RPG being brought back.

Me too.

I still need to play the first one properly, but I'm patiently waiting for a physical copy on either PC or PS4. I probably won't back this one though since I'm not sure yet which platform I want to get both games on, but I will definitely get both games and play them.

Thanks for the tag, MetalSoup.

Ah dang it, $25 dollar tier sold out :(
Anybody want to split the $50 tier for two copies? :D

I'm really looking forward to this! I loved the first game and missed out on supporting it on Kickstarter. However I want to get a physical copy, and I see that those start at $125, which is just too much for me. They did a physical edition for OS1 after launch, but it was extremely limited, and I couldn't find a supplier in SA who wanted to bring it in. Larian's physical editions are always so good, and packed with extras. I'm disappointed that I'll have to settle for a digital copy when it releases.

The Enhanced Edition for OS1 is coming out in about two months, so I'll just have to be satisfied with that. :p

I wonder what Larian's other work is progress game could be? I remember them talking about licensing a popular series, and that they currently had three games in development.

Back on topic, I'm really liking the fact that you can pick your own origin this time. It was one of my favourite parts of Dragon Age Origins, hopefully they do it even better here.

I hope the new game has better voice acting. There is one character in the first game who sounds really bad I am ptetty sure you all know who I am talking about. She has a southern accent :)

I believe that they're the same ones they used for Dragon Commander. That game had excellent voice acting, so I'm pretty sure it's going to be great! They weren't originally going to have any voice acting in Original Sin, it was a last minute addition, so considering... it wasn't that bad. I've heard much worse.
