By RAGE You mean the Rockstar engine? Great engine, its almost jaw dropping to see the engine rendering a wet night scene with all kinds of reflections.

The id Software engine, id Tech 5 disappointed me a bit in the game RAGE. The vista and general effects were good, but the closeup details...that was just horrible.

Yes the Rockstar engine. it's amazing what they've done with that thing
 
I forgot about the RAGE engine.

No mention of the Source engine... Is this because Half-Life 3 will never be birthed? So we just outright ignore its existence... :D
 
Another engine that was used a couple of times, including FEAR 1 and 2 was LithTech. Also for earlier games like SHOGO, Blood, NOLF, and others. Some of favorite games were released on the lithtech engine.
