Sorry for the late reply.

I have an NZXT Phantom 820.
I am planning on doing a custom watercooling loop but I might just get a Corsair H110 and swap out the fans (If I can find any 140mm fans).

Thanks for the reply.

From what I've heard the stock corsair fans with their rad are very good compared to aftermarket

no, not really :p

/nice pc, only thing I would do is change the hdd to WD as I prefer them to Seagate.

Awesome pc :D - excitement level must be over 9000 :P

Excitement level is more like a few million :P What is your opinion on WD vs. Seagate. I've always liked Seagate but I am open to change :D I am no fanboy.

*EDIT*...By the way that question was meant for anyone :D

WD or Seagate, doesn't matter to me...whichever is cheaper :)

Does anyone know of any speed differences? Maybe a chart if available. I am going to do some research now. Yay! :P

According to this website the best 2TB HDD is the Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM001 2TB which is what I was planning on getting. Although I was thinking about getting a WD Green with a higher capacity as it will be a secondary drive. What do you guys (maybe girls) think.

Since you're using a ssd for your os+games, the speed of the hdd won't matter much :)

Btw: Next time use edit :)

As far as I know the WD, especially the Blue and Black variants have a longer warranty then the Seagate hdd's. The black obviously being the more expensive ones but the faster of them all.

I'd also recommend staying away from green drives. The have a higher death rate...

BTW, you mentioned maybe doing a custom loop. Would you be ordering parts from overseas, or did you find somewhere locally you can get parts from?

I haven't really thought about where I am going to get the parts from. I might have to bring them in from overseas but will try to get it locally. I was actually thinking yesterday that WD Red drives would be good as I might do a RAID 0,1 or 10 setup.
