Why not make a sticky called "Dohcsie's RSS"...
His articles are helluva interesting, make no mistake, I think people might just be worried about the amount of "new posts".
Larch can have his own opinion sticky as well since he has some good posts too.
C'mon Dohc, keep it up!
... In fact, Rustbucket & Tincan ... how about creating a sub-forum called "My 5 gold's worth" or some such, wherein members can apply for stickies to post their own feeds or opinion type blogs".

A large number of us don't bother going to other sites for gaming news, so the boy's essentially doing us a favour. Heck, pretty much all of us copy/paste something funny we see on the net. That's how we roll. Even your threads are essentially just youtube links.

Granted but then if there is a interest in this why is there almost no replies to any topics he posts? The amount of topics he posts versus the replies is also non existent. And let`s face it some of the stuff he posts is well just...crap.

Yes but here is the difference mine is user generated instead of a copy and paste. Isn't it the whole point of a forum to generate user content if I wanted latest news feeds I would go read them on the internet? So we end up having to brows two pages of empty threads to get to the stuff I really want to read.

Yes but at least you put what is being said from another web-page in quotes and you link to the source which is proper "forum etiquette" Dohc-WP pastes the piece of news no quotes or links back.

I think it's usually common practice for us to add quotes and hyperlink the word "sauce" or "full story" to the online article. If Dochsie doesn't do this, a kick inna panty will sort it out and then there'll be no issues.
You write interesting viewpoints on a lot of your threads, perhaps people like myself and Dochsie prefer to inform others of existing opinions / articles found online that some might not always go looking for. I think the only time I've ever written something myself was the starter guide I linked earlier, even then I received help from forum members and quotes websites though.
As for not wanting to upset the family, you're part and parcel of that family and in the same way that I'm trying to defend Dochsie from being publicly put on the spot, I will defend you too if I think someone's being a lametard and provoking you without cause.
