Pulled an all-nighter. Patch downloaded at about midnight. Had about 4hrs of "searching for the dota 2 network" after that. It finally came back up, but without a "find match button". More patching ensued.

I'm really enjoying it, but still trying to figute out the recipe thing.

What recipe thing are we talking about here? And then another question, is it different to the previous Diretide? In terms of gameplay and items etc?

I can't wait to get home now lol. I just want to play some Diretide!

EDIT: I actually just cannot wait to play Diretide. I don't think I'm going to even play ANY BF4 this weekend :P

I think you can now combine items to make new items.
 
Level 8. I'm unsure of the Rosh phase tbh. I mean, what exactly is the point? No-one is ever going to get anywhere without a 10-man premade. It's impossible for South Africans to do, because 7/10 times our opponents are Russian or Peruvian. Basically, pubbing is a no-go.

One of our guys last night DC'd, and got an abandon. He came back on, and was put into Low Prio. For lols, we tried another Diretide game: we were put up against a Chinese 5-stack. They kept trying to lane, and trying to take towers. Needless to say, we won the first phase, and got Rosh to lvl 4 on our own (they were still trying to take towers).

I posted here a few weeks ago about an amateur league. Things are up and running and looking good!

The Amateur Community League has 22 teams registered to compete so far!

Registrations close on 25-11-2013, and games will be scheduled a week after that.

If anybody is keen to compete pop an email to [email protected] with your teams details (names, surnames, nicks, link to Steam profile, and if possible a Dotabuff).

With the Rosh nerf, I managed to get him to 17 while in a pub this morning. Need to get my 5-stack on!

The secret? STUN! We had a PA with an Abyssal Blade doing the nasty. He didn't manage to finish a single cast in 17 levels.

The next game, we got him to 4... Alchemist didn't want to buy an AB, and we kakked.
 
Just btw guys you can now get tickets for the Orena tournament that we are in come watch us get raped if we make it past the first round we have to play either RageQuit or Bravado :D
