Oi dude I noticed that as well! They are quite rare though, I got nice guys mostly.

Also I would avoid playing with the -PsY- clan, was in a team with 2 of those dicks. Text&voice abuse , refusing to cooperate with the rest of the team, overall bad sportsmanship and finally ragequit in the middle of a match leaving us 3vs5 . If anyone can give me the steam username of their leader it will be appreciated.

I was at a friend's house yesterday.... And we played some dota 2 with saffas.. And my god they ARE rude. We even had a 10 year old kid raging because he get's killed by the creep's lol

I played 2 games on SA servers and had enough so I selected Europe West with SA in my server options. Europe West always seems to give me a game first!
 
Had some issues while playing dota.... Game ran slowly picture changes every 10 or so secs even log updates like that, ping is normal 200~ to eu. Couldn't move or anything, anybody with a similar experience?

Mine was fine yesterday, Maybe your pc was doing a backup or something else in the background?

Did a speedtest found out that my international is super slow 0.12mbps, while local is doing 3.2mb :/
 
Currently reading a Steam Guide and I just realized just how little I know (I already thought I knew very little:rolleyes:), definitely changes how I'll tackle my next bot practice session.
 
Firstly, I have to agree with everyone saying the South Africans are assholes. I only played 1 local game and that was enough for me to know they haven't changed at all from the War3 Dota. Also, although it was great playing 5-20ms ping, the server lag/stutter can be unbearable at times. Hopefully that gets sorted!
 
It is because these pipsqueeks cannot say it to your face or actually anyone's face in real life, they can only do it behind their keyboard where they are safe. Understandable really, they losers in real life and cant stand losing in a game because when they lose in games then what are they really? Just loser geeks.

That's their internet personas, I've learned not to judge people according to that coz I know that's not how they would act offline. There is a fine line between who you are on the internet and who you are IRL.

On a side note, I see we have quite a few newbs joining SA servers. It's nice to have some newbies now and then but if you are new you should really say so beforehand, so we won't expect you to know everything and flame you if you don't.

Noob's are usually the best players to play with... Very friendly etc. :)

hmmm wierd.....

Well I have only played Dota for 3 months and is certainly a newb.....

Still having fun tho and playing random heroes. Some heroes do suck big time even if they are to be a support, carry or whatever.

Slardar comes to mind, that hero is so heavy dependent on items its scary. If you have a difficult lane and the opposition knows what they are doing it is scary......

But once you get him farmed its gg.... (to get there is another story!)

I have only seen 1 guy play him well and he is one of my mates, but level 56 already so I guess he have had some practice.
 
Had some epic fun matches with R4C3 last night :D, granted they were Bot matches, but they were super fun and educational.

ye was fun thanks for playing. Will do it again sometime. Go and check out those youtube vids I posted a few pages back to help you more.

I try and play 1 or 2 games a night depending whether the wife has had her dose of chill pills ;)
