I've kind of been following TI5, but haven't had time to watch any games yet. Hopefully I'll be able to fit in a couple tonight. I'm looking forward to the finals, though, it should be epic.

Cloud 9 had an epic game during the week, they lost in the end. But almost pulled it back from the brink of death by purchasing a Divine Rapier at the most perfect time possible.

Some of the eAe folks have a TI5 WhatsApp group, and we've been following it for the most part.

EG is doing me proud, as per usual :D. Secret are doing the rest of the world proud, as per usual. Na'Vi? Well for some reason people are surprised at their terrible Dota :rolleyes:.

Biggest surprise story? Complexity and CDEC.
 
Biggest surprise for me is how badly iG and VG are doing. Also CDEC are for me the biggest upstarts. I actually think that apart from the top 3 they are the team to beat

Getting tired of this game... only because of the people that play it. The way they complain and always look for a person to blame. Some people shouldn't play with a mic. Really irritating the way they think they pro and starting dissing people on the team like everyone is supposed to be brilliant or something. Played a game today where I was wind ranger full support placing wards giving my team a lot of vision through out the map the entire game. 6k 13D 16A but the guy kept tellng me I wasn't in team fights etc and we lost because of me... the sad thing is I play on SA servers only. Any ways.... (rant over)

Meh...3600 hrs on record. Nothing surprises me.

Methodology I use now.
If the players are talkative automute.
If all carry team then make the best of annoying them.

Honestly I got a rock kinda feeling towards it nowadays, had a hero challenge and had to play Morph. lost the last game next game got teamed with someone from previous game, picked the same and he decided to doom. Chirped me heavy , replied GJ, then muted.

Dissing no longer has an effect on me. Ill just say "GJ" cause they never have a comeback or anything to say to that.
Dota is Dota and will never change, accept the people the game and life will easier if you can still enjoy it.

I've just reinstalled dota 2 reborn and the game now maxes out my GPU for no reason, anyone else experiencing this?

I'm not, it actually runs a lot better than the old version of Dota for me. Takes a fraction of the time to open. I have a friend who is having performance issues, he thinks its because he has an older PC.

Does any experience lag spikes during a match? I notice every once and a while it lags for a bit, not unplayable but pretty bad when it happens, everything freezes for a second or 2. Don't think its my line, every other multiplayer game I play is fine.

Have any of you come across a problem with fps fluctuation? Mine does between 55-70 even though it's capped to 60. It does a similar thing at 120fps. This results in a stutter every few seconds where it'll seem like it freezes for a second and then goes on with me missing something that happened. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using the new terrain? I think that was causing problems with mine or maybe it just fixed itself. My computer does magic sometimes.

This problem actually happens in cs go as well (Both valve games). My other games seem unaffected, but i'll look into whatever I can find. The list of things that aren't working just grows...

My Rocket League actually has a similar problem, I think it might have to do with graphics card drivers but to lazy at the moment to try figure it out.
