I think its also because you played him well i mean you always initiated which allowed us to come in while they were targeting you
 
Oh my soul...Meepo is the most fun hero ever. After about 10 games vs bots and tons of control groups practice, he is insane!

Lol, well, AFAIK the original dota is a map for Warcraft 3. I'm just wondering, if they plan to expand their map inventory, or stick with the OG map :?

Well, sometimes they redesign the map for certain events. They had a snowy map during Christmas, and a dark map for halloween.

Wonder if there'll ever be a desert map.

Is that what you mean? Or do you mean a completely different layout? Like with 5 paths, or two longer paths?

I doubt they will bring out other maps, but they did say they will allow modding so when the day comes that the public can mod dota 2, you can expect more maps than you can dream of.

I doubt they will allow modding...and as for another map, it will never happen. Everything is balanced to perfection, bringing out another map will require years of work.

Weeman can you link me the article or whatever where valve said they will allow modding for dota 2.

You think? It's works pretty well in League of Legends. Obviously some Champions don't do well on both maps, but that's part of the game.

So far LoL have 4 maps right? It really didn't take them THAT long to develop the maps. Hell they even added a new game mode with new mechanics and everything. But DotA still is in beta and there's still lots of work to do.

I don't think, I'm sure :) . Let's not bring Lol into this, it's not designed to be as hyper-competitive as dota. Lol's map balance is nothing like that of dota.

They can't just add random maps since the balance of the game is highly susceptible on how each hero could exploit them. It's just better to have one key map and build heroes around it. If they try to make a new map the whole dynamic changes.

Ok so I've had it with telkom. My line has been congested for 5 months and I can't go on like this.

Do any of you play on 3G? I was thinking about getting a Cell C dongle and just top up on data when needed.
What pings do you get on SA and EU servers?

InSanity and I both use 3G/HSPA from 8ta, the ping can go from 280 - 700, on average its about 350 ms. It's okay to play most of the time... but it can also get very laggy on the odd occasion.

Check the R300 option, my neighbor has it and he's pretty happy with it. I wouldn't trust MTN myself, but then again all the other cellular providers are just as bad.
