Dota 2

Okay, it was a bit mean. So... I deserve the ban. But please only ban on the 3rd? I think competition ends on the 2nd.

(Ironically, again, this is my 20th post - and you made it not spam! Thanks! xoxo, never again shall you see me

love,

Gossip Girl.)

Although it's 100% true, it means nothing?

I read everything and regardless of me trying to get posts up... I think that was cute. You guys are adorable playing dotA together and reminiscing... "Oh what a small world" - "add me and lets go again" - it's all so adorable and innocent.

?

So yes, exactly as the rules state - I have to have 20posts. So, I'm posting. It's obvious that they can't expect me to care about the content of my posts - because I don't know anyone here (probably) and therefore couldn't care less about my posts or what people think (ironic, I know... but let it be).

How retarded would it be if I got banned?
I mean.... my "care level" would be at about 2.34/100 - since I just started here (And probably won't stay due to the likes of people like you... too many retards... too many forums).

???

?

You don't need to know the people here to contribute something of worth to discussions.

And yes, you are expected to care about the content of your posts. The whole point of these competitions is to draw new people into the forums, not to have 20 post wonders come in and take their chances then run off again once the competition is done.

Wait... you only want to be banned for breaking the competition rules after the competition has ended? The entire problem here is you're blatantly breaking the competition rules and therefore should be disqualified from the competition. Lol.

My initial contribution to this post was relevant as I've previously stated. I'm now on 21posts - so this competition is clearly working! :D? Anyways - I'm not going to post again - so you guys are going to have to rant without me :(

But, I'm sure you'll find a way :) GLGL!

To reiterate the competition rules around the 20 post requirement:

- Minimum of 20 lifetime posts required to qualify by time of the draw.

- Spamming to get yourself to 20 posts will get you disqualified. Quality conversational on-topic posts is the way to approach this requirement.

- Reviving old threads and making pointless posts will not be tolerated and will be monitored. Fair warning.

- Attempts to create multiple accounts to enter will be monitored.

Let's not derail the Dota 2 thread any further. Discussion around the competition can take place in the competition thread: http://mygaming.co.za/forum/showthr...case-courtesy-of-Sonic-Informed-Cooler-Master

"durrrr" has been disqualified from the competition for spamming to reach the 20 post count criteria.

Lol, we cute because a friendly? I assume you come from an abusive family, with one of those "uncles". You seem to lack any social skills.

EDIT I posted this before I saw James post. So back to talking about Dota. :P

So who misses Techies?

I actually do! I loved that little bugger - he was so annoyingly awesome. Sometimes he'd turn out to be a huge game changer as well.

There's few things that satisfy like nabbing a kill from some strategically well-placed mines.

The suicide attack was also hilarious and quite effective if you get it right.

He really sounds fun:D... I know one tends to take one for the team as a support hero, but willingly pulling a kamikaze? Batshit crazy. I would love to try him.

They're absolutely awesome if you're good with them. But I never was lol. I despised those things. They're one of those heroes that if they're in your team you loose but when they're on the other team, man it has to be a pro playing.

One of my friends is insanely good with techies and, needless to say, loves them. So yeah techies are hard to master but once you get a feel for them all hell breaks loose for your enemy

With the newer meta game, and smoke and counter gangs becoming popular, gem is often purchased fairly early. Especially because so many pub games involve lothars (shadowblade) on practically half the team. This might make it more difficult for techies, because for him an early gem basically nullifies his game presence.

This is true everyone Shadowblades these days. Played a game on Friday where the team had a Riki, Bounty, Ursa(with Shadow Blade), Kunka(with Shadow Blade) and a Shadow Fiend(I think) with Shadow Blade. Was really so annoying warding and using gems the whole game.

PS:Why do the spammers always hit the dota thread??????

Epic Dota 2 weekend was epic. I'm really loving Sand King :D!

Also caught a MyG Sunday Tournament game yesterday (eN. vs CM Storm, IIRC) with Congo (fluKe) casting the game alongside Hari. Wow! Pro games are really on another level, I noticed so many habits of the Pros that you don't really see in pubs, the level of team play is admirable, and having commentary is awesome IMO. Big Ups to eSports:)

I didn't play all that much this weekend, tried out Alien Swarm, pretty cool/free 4 player co-op game.

I'v bought a couple tickets to watch the international tournaments, actually pretty enjoyable to watch, but it does rely and good commentating.

I just realized that Dota 2 might be one of those games I don't mind spending good money on. Yesterday I sat there with some popcorn, watching the Pro's duke it out in the MyG tourney, with some epic casting from Congo and Hari (They are a wealth of info), there was even an Afrikaans channel (can't remember the caster) for those interested.

Yeah, I play it often enough that I think it would be rude not to spend some money on it :P. I enjoy it, so put a little cash into it every once and while. Bought loads of keys.

Ye I also have brought too many keys already......

I felt secs was not up to standard at all. eN was the only team that played properly.

The finals were even worse...shame on the roccat guys.
