Is there no way to filter out russians and other foreign speaking people? It really irks me when I can't understand what they're saying and they refuse to speak english in an english game.. Hearing them speak over the mic makes me not want to play at all lol.

Alas you can change your preferences to english but its not like it will make much of a difference

My main issue is that the winning team is the one with the most mindless build. Essentially "We win because we have 100000 more stuns than you"

My new way of finding games:-
- Win more games, the ranking system will put you in a higher skill bracket with less poopheads
- When searching for a game, cancel the search if it takes longer than 2 minutes. The longer the search goes, the more newbies will be included
- Play ranked matches
