Yay! Preload is done! I woke up this morning and it was at 100%. It was only a 12GB download.

Now I just need to wait until tomorrow night to unlock it!

Just a heads up to all those preloading. Don't expect Steam to unlock for you tomorrow. According to Dereck French at the Bioware forums they are allowing everything one to preload from yesterday but the unlocks will still happen on the regional release date. So expect the same issues as with Borderlands.
