I agree with what they say. It really doesn't matter what type of protection you put on a game or software product, it will be pirated at some point in time. DRM is just an inconvenience for legal users.

I had way too many issues with Witcher 2 to be willing to do that. I'm going to wait and see.

In contrast to CDProjekt, with Batman AA I'm still struggling to get the game I've paid for to work. WB is insisting on all sort of proof including a proof of purchase (which I threw away years ago). I finally just decided to buy the game again via the Humble Bundle for $1 and sent it all to charity. Will from now on try to avoid WBGames as far as possible.

Before he answers I will admit I had issues with the game. Memory leaks at times; an un-intuitive control scheme; an even more convoluted config system and a lackluster latter portion. Those few things are the only reason the game garners a 9/10 instead of full marks IMO
