EA faces class action lawsuit from investors over buggy Battlefield 4

Yes, in the normal run of business it does. Releasing a buggy, broken piece of garbage is not the normal run of business, though. It's gross negligence.

The lawsuit isn't about the fact that EA's stock fell, it's about the fact that EA's stock fell directly as a result of EA's incompetence. And that's a good thing for us, because if the investors hit EA where it hurts in this case, you can be assured they won't release a game in this state again.
 
All that I am saying is that this was the Last Time I have pre-ordered a game that is more focused on the multiplayer aspect. I was part of the Beta testing, and the glitches that was present then, still is... with little bit less of occurrence, with new added glitches.
After the last update, I have been experiencing computer lock-ups and had to reside to the "panic button" solution.
Still a nice game though.

I am also so disappointed in the COD-G.

Like I said, my pre-ordering days (for "mulitplayer" games) has come to an end. :cry:
