EA not developing for WiiU

Grim news? WiiU gamers should rejoice. The foul corruption is staying off their platform.

Ideal world? Yes. This world:p? The lack of 3rd party support (for new games) doesn't really bode well (not that I'm predicting anything), especially if the 1st party software isn't selling the hardware as it should be, e.g. The Wii U sold 55k units in April, while the Wii sold 75k in April... I'm not crying doom and gloom, it just doesn't help the Wii U's cause. Also, Nintendo, get Gamefreak to make a Pokemon game for your console, I'd buy that in a heartbeat :D.

*insert obligatory screw EA comment*

Tell them to get a Pokemon game on it before they chase away the big bad publishers, that'll pay for itself :D

All pokemon games are licensed to The Pokémon Company (株式会社ポケモン) who is owned by Nintendo. Looking at past Wii, Gamecube and DS games it's highly unlikely that they will use any Huge american studio to make their Pokémon game.
