EA promises to put gamers first from now on

It is nice to see that he wants to make a change.

Lets hope its not all yap yap and hot air.
 
To be frank, it all sounds good, dandy, and paved with good intentions, but it also sounds like political speak... and we all know the results of political speak... or do we (see what I did there)?
 
Remove paid DLC from the next BF launch.
Do more Beta testing before launching a game.
Talk to the community, don't hide and spew shit...be honest if something goes wrong.
Patch when a patch is needed..not 3 weeks later.
 
Already cut down the beta testing on Hardline and i found a few bugs i would have said let testing be at least 2-3 months with all the maps and modes so it can be sorted but 2 weeks is not a decent beta test. But lets see what ea delivers with these statements and see where the community goes from here
