EA support, needs supporting.

"Okay please wait until you receive the email and you could contact us back again if you haven't received one"Really like the 3 time is not enough contacting back.

"Okay I understand your disappointment but there is nothing can be done from my end these keys are sent by the servers" And finally could you not have said this from the start, would have saved us a lot of time.


So the story here is way is there ea support when they cant do much, not even just give you answers to your questions. They just say stuff I could have figured out for my self, but just to seem to be useful they tell you all this other BS.

Look, I know they cant do much, not the peoples fault there in support, but what is the use then.

Oh, that's nothing new. EA's support has always been like that.

They can really give some of Telkom's call centre agents a run for their money.
