EA trademarks "Darkspore" - Spore spin-off a possibility

I'm sorry but the 1st spore was fail. I remember the hype surrounding the 1st title and then 2 months down the line even the most avid fans kept quiet about it. These so called God games all show a lot of promise but they never deliver properly.
