Hi Guys,
Was just wondering if anyone has been participating in the Beta for Elemental. I read a few of the journals and watched a gameplay vid and it seems really awesome (for those who enjoy turn based strategy).

I saw its being released on the 25th August and was quite suprised as there has been relatively little hype surrounding this title.

Any thoughts or ideas?
 
So unfortunate.

On one hand I'm reading back to back praise for a well crafted, deep and expansive game which brings so much to the genre. On the other hand, there are users stricken with these seemingly "easy to catch in a big beta" game breaking launch bugs.

It seems there is a big split right down the middle of the user base at the moment. One half can play flawlessly and the other half can barely get in 10 minute sessions in without experiencing a game breaking bug.

I still have high hopes for when they sort everything out, but no doubt their launch sales have been ruined.
