Epicly expensive gaming failures

Too Human was actually an incredible game with a lot of potential! Really sad that SK went the route they did because since all unsold copies of their games had to be destroyed due to that lawsuit, very few people would experience the awesomeness of that game.
 
Maybe it wasn't a major disaster like these games, but I'm pretty sure that Star Wars: The Old Republic is also a game that has never even gotten close to return on investment.

Last time I played Enter the Matrix I think I was 14. Was amazing then; seems they released a "make it bad" update whilst I wasn't looking .
 
I think making games is really risk taking, especially making the new IP titles. I believe game developers should make the new system that allows people to pre-order the game even before the games are being finished. So they only showed the cinematic scenes and gameplay of their new games and see how market's reception. If they're interested, they can just preorder the games. This will give game developers some information whether their games are gonna be failure or otherwise, hug hits.

I honestly have no idea what you're trying to say here.

We're already able to pre-order games before they're finished (that's the point of pre-orders) and we do get to see cinematic and gameplay trailers before release.
