There was an announcement :) The admins released an article about it. The only way to get back to 100 is to give yourself 10 times a day.

So ur saying I should buy myself a Q5 house??? and how do I sell my Q1 house :o
 
I would try on the eSA forums, not sure what price they're going for now. You could also send out a shout saying you're selling.

Q5 houses are pretty expensive :) if I recall correctly, about 30g+- now.

then you fight until ur health is around the 50's and then click on - go back to battlefield and then click on hospital and heal yourself the majority of hospitals are Level 5 so it heals 50 of your health back to 100 :)

Hospitals will only heal wellness lost from battles
To gift yourself is to buy a gift then donate it to your org or a friend, then they gift it to you

After this whole change witht he hospitals, and SA being taken over I ahve actually quit eRep. It has become too much effort.
