Eve Online

Well, I've started my trial. Actually started the other day but wanted to do some tuts before I started bugging people. Couldn't finish some of them though because you can't learn industry on a trial :(. So I can't make anything yet.

So far it's been quite cool, I can see why some people hate mining, but I rekon once you get a Hulk some drones and a hauler for your cans it will make it a lot easier.

Managed to get my starting ships, so now I must decide what to do next.Thinking of doing some military stuff as I rekon it's useless me going mining in trial.

Where about u located? If you want some military type stuff u could do some mission running with me. Its level one's so their crap easy for me but could offer a nice challenge for u. Ill add u tonight.
 
Speaking of Which. I am looking for 6 or so guyz in SA to join my corp. Long term goals Merc services. Mid Term goals POS in low sec. Short term goals Explore PVP.

I love it when people mock the miners in Eve as if combat is the most fast-paced of things.

After the mayhem of Guild Wars combat it feels really laid back and automatic. Hence me settling for mining and piling up the riches without the risk (for now).

Combat is certainly more (how can I put this...) interactive than mining.

I've done both, and prefer combat in the end ;)

With out miners the world of Eve wouldn't be. So go mines, i hope you have fun. Please contact me when u need an escort though or into 0.0
