Excellent Online Service

Mr. Nice Guy
Over the last while I've had some excellent service from online shops and apps. We often seem to focus on the bad but maybe it's time to praise the ones that get it right.

Rebeltech: I've got a power supply that I bought second hand and it failed so I contacted Rebeltech to hear if they can maybe help me out with the warranty and they found out where the psu were bought from. I have to continue from there but it's really great that one can contact a company out of the blue regarding a product that wasn't bought from them and they still help you out.

Takealot: A phone of mine stopped working just before the warranty period ended. Takealot fetched it, had it for a period of time and told me that the people who should fix it were taking too long. So they offered me credit for the phone. I got a brand new different phone with the credit. Top notch!

Mr Delivery Food: The app updated and the new version didn't work at my location even though it worked previously. I contacted support and didn't get much feedback. So I gave the app a one star rating, explaining why I'm doing so. A short while later the developer phoned me, I told him what's happening, what I think is wrong and he actually listened and released a new fixed version the next day. Plus he gave me a voucher to say thanks.

Any good online shopping experiences that you guys would like to share?

I gotta say I'm rather impressed with rebeltech. Ordered something on the 10th June (A saturday). on the monday I got payment request (they specify not to pay until they've checked stock etc) and paid. I believe I received my package that Wednesday...Pretty damn good for what is only barely considered a Major Area (East London).

Thats just 1 story, I don't think I've ever had a shipping issue with them before. Communication is top notch, they quick to e-mail you with any issues (1 time something was out of stock after ordering, before they implemented the "2nd check", they promptly let me know and gave me a choice of substitutes/credit).

Takealot always end up delivering sooner than their eta states.

Takealot - love their service, we get our dog food from them, they will carry it to the garage for me, as long as I promise to keep the dogs away from them. Recently had to process a return, I bought a textbook i didnt needs, and they are awesome with the return process, I logged it on friday and they picked it up this morning and credited my account already.

One day only - decent service, just no notification of when a parcel will arrive. They need to fix their tracking system.

Strangely I ordered stuff online from @Home - was totally impressed that stuff would arrive the a same day if they have stock in a store near you!

I love the Mr D app - hate the new look/logo tho - but the service is always impressive and warm food being dropped off.

Yeah, I've always had solid support and service from RebelTech. They're up there and really deserve the praise.

Same: Takelot is good to me so far

Can add: Evetech and Wootware, bought a few stuff from them, few times the last few years. Top notch service.

I'm trying out Vaping, see what the fuss is all about. Found Vapers corner to be good in everything. Next day delivery and all. Delivery price included in price of product.

Where do you stay? Vaping is a long and complicated process - and if you have questions please ask! Been vaping almost 2 years now. And I am on mainly 0nic juices since I have stopped smoking completely

+1 for Evetech and Takealot
With Evetech's prices and convenience of being in Centurion, I get all my hardware from them these days.
