I say smoke them out. If you suspect someone has double or more posts, ask him for his contact nrs, copy of ID and delivery address because he has won. Then do the same on the suspected double accounts and see what happens. Now this is a double edged sword obviously, because if the other "winners" are legit, you would be kinda obligated to give a prize!
To avoid obvious cheaters I say just up the post count limit though. This is a comp that will be running for a while it seems, so there is no reason why the limit can't be set at say 100? Even the most arduous cheater will not likely cheat his way to 100 posts and besides, there are enough of us to highlight any posts that start to appear as spamming. I really do think this is the fairest way to sort out the once offs from the regulars. Look how many one off posters there have been of late with the recent comps. It's kind of hard on the regulars who have spent many hours and words here.

The thing with the post-count doesn't really work, because people don't really read the rules of the comps. It could say you need 200 posts, but people still post in the threads. And they will still create alternate accounts and post in those threads because they don't care and they don't read.

Yes, but they would automatically be disqualified should they win and their post count is less than the required. And also, if you create smurf accounts, now you need to make 200 posts, 100 each for each account. Suddenly it starts to be not so worthwhile!

The Winners are only being selected on Friday. The comp rules said you can choose any game available in-store or as pre-order - in the case of pre-orders I'm guessing they'll ship the game when it becomes available.
