i try to support anyone that supports the gaming industry, for many years the red-headed stepchild no-one wanted.
so, instead of supporting my normal vendor, i decided to do the pre-order on dungeon siege 3, bought 2 copies from exclush1t on 8 june.
so i call today, call centre says he cant reach warehouse, and promises to call back. 2 hours later i call again, another person says 'oh, we only have 1 copy'.
so i'm like wtf? what is the point of ordering stuff in advance, if on the day of release its just faster and quicker to drive to a random store and pick it up?????
listen, we are gamers. and if you want to play in our space, get your act together... otherwise b*gger off back to your books and stick with that crowd.
seriously, get it together or gtfo. we are gamers, and when something is released we want to play it on release day. that is why YOU get to make a profit out of us, and why we pay premium prices.
i frikkin paid you for a service which i expect you to DELIVER and fulfill - and you're not doing it for free or as a charity.

you won't get another order from me, and i buy games ever other week.
thing with south africans is that we are so used to CRAP service that we are not surprised at all when we receive it, and worse still we accept it.
well, we have some choices now... that's why i'm cancelling the order and going to get it from a store - which is what i should have done in the first place.
