I don't think Exclusives contacts you directly - if you've given your details to Tinman/James it gets passed on and Exclusives sends through the game.

You should just be aware that the waiting time can be anything from 2 - 3 weeks - they don't seem in a huge rush to send the titles out, but it might be best to send James a PM and ask him to check if your details have been submitted.
