Exophase piracy article plagiarism

So while I was browsing Exophase.com I came across THIS ARTICLE regarding PC piracy being on the decline, blah blah blah...

It's then that I noticed the unmistakable 'cute ninja' pic they used for the article:

Pic location

Now having been an avid little-gamers.com (hereforth referred to as "LG" for Kabous's sanity - no affiliation to the electronics giant) fan since their inception in 2000, I recognized the ninja pic as one of LG's "support piracy" backgrounds available from their site.

So I did some digging and asked the owners and creators of the site, Christian Fundin and Mr. Madsen about this:

My email:

Hey Christian/Mr. Madsen,

Long time reader , 1st time writer...

TL;DR

Not to be ratting out 'the man', but do they have/need permission use your image in their article? It would be quite ironic if they promoted an article on piracy, by pirating the cover page from a pro-piracy entity as yourselves.

Anyway, it was worth a laugh.

Take it easy!
