External HDD

Hello

I'm looking to buy an external HDD to backup mainly photo's. 1TB would be more than enough.

I've been browsing this page but have absolutely no idea which one I should go for. I'd prefer a drive with USB3, minimum 1TB.

Can anyone recommend me a drive? It doesn't necessarily have to be from that link.

I have one of these and it's quite nice, supposed to be able to withstand a drop too as are some of the other similar models. Fyi if you're not aware the larger sized external hard drives are often cheaper than smaller "portable" ones.

Yeah you don't normally go wrong with Transcend

Thanks everyone. I grabbed one on Saturday from Incredible Connection's online shop and it was delivered yesterday. Reformatted into NTFS and photo's backed up.
