Courtesy of Megarom, we have 3 copies of F1 2011 to give away. One copy for each platform - PC, Xbox 360, PS3.

How to enter

- Competition is open to all MyGaming forum members. No post count limit.

- Post a short paragraph in this thread explaining why you want F1 2011.

- Indicate your platforms in order of preference. In the case of winners with clashing platforms, I will roll a die to decide who receives which version.

- Kindly refrain from indicating a platform you do not own - give others a chance to win and play the game. These are promo copies and they cannot be re-sold or traded.

- Post only once in this thread. Spamming or conversing in the thread gets you disqualified.

- Must be a resident of South Africa.

Winner announce

Three winners, one for each platform, will be chosen on Tuesday, 4 October 2011, at 1PM.

Winners are to PM me to claim their prize.

Prizes not claimed within 48 hours will be reallocated to a new random draw winner.

Why I want the game!

I am an avid racing fan and supporter. It's been a while since a decent F1 game has been released and I am looking forward to playing it! Winning this would secure many hours of gaming pleasure.

I want F1 because I have a wheel, would like to race online and no more funds to buy it because of the massive onslaught of epic games I have to buy already. :(

3rd umm, don't have a xbox.
 
I want F1 2010 because watching the previews, it is probably the best F1 game ever made thus far and I want to win and play it to finally experience the real thrill of an f1 racing video game.

I want F1 since I love racing games and haven't played a forumla 1 game for years and want to get back into it again. Would be nice to race like Michael Schumacher :D.

WOOT! I'd love to have F1 2011, so I can properly get into the ongoing season, with DRS and KERS and all that jazz. I love watching the season so far, and it'd be great having a hand in it, so to say.

Only have a PC, so the second preference is that it goes to someone else.
 
I want F1 2011 because I like free stuff :p And if it's a good game then I'm sure it will grow on me :p I don't have a wheel tho I could borrow from a friend :)

Games, games and more games. i'll be busy playing BF3, but one has to have variety and a good racer, be it F1, will go down well.

I loved F1 2010 and can't wait to try out the coop championship and new DRS system in F1 2011. I'm a big fan of the sport and have to play this. I never got to play F1 2010 maxxed out with my old PC, but the new one should look nice and shiny

I would love to win this game, as I don't have a racing game for my xbox yet. So far I've played all the racing games I own, on my PC, but my xbox is enticing me to go out and buy one, but why buy one when you can win one right :)

Hey, well I've been following F1 for many many years and I have fond memories of legends, legendary races and sad days (Senna).

Also have fond memories of playing F1 games with my brothers and since I'm all grown up now we have a local F1 league and that will continue perfectly with F1 2011. The new systems in the game are great also.

I've upgraded my system with this game (and some others) in mind and getting a copy would be awesome. The timing is absolutely great also with a few things going on irl, so this would be a big plus for me & will be great fun with my wheel :)

I love Formula one.... Let alone the game... I love everything from Monaco to the new drs system. I love the the fact that the drivers can choose car setups and the company. Love Sebastien Vettal and hes F1 driving (one more point and he wins). I love the new sls safety car. I just love formula 1. The game would just add to that growing love of the worlds greatest motor sport... Not mention the cars reach 350km/h faster then any road car and and create 2G in a corner... F1 LOVE IT:love:.. please help me add to that LOVE with F1 2011....

I want F1 2011, because I've been play F1 games since the very first Grand Prix Circuit released by Accolade 1989/1990, after that GP2, GP3, GP4 the list goes right up and till F1 2010 last year. I'm a petrol head, I live myself into any racing game as if I'm really there, the concentration, determination to push the car to its limits to be able to win at all costs !

Would really love to play the game on PS3 as I only really got into PS3 online gaming quite recently, have got a decent pc too, but would rather prefer owning the game on console instead as it would be my first console racing game as well.

I would like F1 2011, cause i am amped to see the changes in the game since I last played an F1 game back in 2007, i believe. I never managed to get around to purchasing the previous release. From all the developer diaries i been watching this version of the game seems to be the perfect one to get and re-introduce me to this genre of racing I have long forgotten.

I'd love to win F1 2011! Been a F1 fan since 1991 French GP @ Magny Cours where Nigel Mansell won... I remember it so well. I have also been a fan of F1 games since the early editions of the MicroProse GP series, which were official FIA F1 games at the time for PC.Last years game was an awesome return to F1 gaming of the past...and I'm hoping F12011 continues to build on a great title.

F1 has got to be my all time favourite sport. Played many hours on F1 2010, still have monthly racing lans, one of the few games that still supports decent lan. From what I've read F1 2011 supports 16 player lan and some awesome co-op mode, and also DRS and KERS. If it's anything like the old one it should provide many hours of good racing :D

This should be one fantastic game, hopefully I can get my grubby paws on it [insert evil laugh here...]
