It should never have been allowed to be released broken so what they did after wards is rather irrelevant in my book.

Has anyone successfully downloaded a legal version of any of the DLC for Fallout 3 PC version? I am new to this buying of MS points or whatever it is.

Quite quick on the fix there. Maybe a bit too quick?
hhhhmmm... perhaps something they let slip through with the first release. Not enough testing methinks.

That is a rather quick fix. Perhaps somebody uploaded an older, broken DLC file rather than the correct one the first time.

Mistakes happen. What you should be looking at is what they do when such a mistake occurs. Bethesda handled that situation quite well, in my opinion.

Small mistakes are acceptable. Shipping a broken product is not a small mistake hence not acceptable. It shows lack of quality control.
