Racing game? Let's make an MMO
FPS? MMO'll work
TV Show? Y'know, it's gotta get the MMO treatment
What the hell is next? We gonna get ourselves a Telesales MMO?
Just one question though. I can understand hard-core foaming-at-the-mouth fans maybe wanting to play it, but just WHAT kind of "core" gamer were they looking to pull here?

The same thing goes for multiplayer. Everything has multiplayer these days.
I will agree to what you are saying, that "core" fans might want this, but I am not that keen to play this at all (can't say that it sucks, because the last time I did that, someone made my reputation on the forum lower, giving me troll like tendencies).
