Sigh, first Battlefield 3 and now Far Cry 3. It's a bad trend for console games, at least until the next gen of consoles comes out, then I'll have to persuade my wife that I really need to spend some money on yet another console

When was the last time anyone got a game just for the look and just stared at it without playing it?

Where at that strage where almost all games looks good and its hard to spot diffrence.Gameplay also count and I hope they don't forget that.

I don't think it is a bad trend for console games, create the best that each platform can handle.
But because the pc is more capable, well, more for the people that can afford all the latest screen cards and cpu's, I think it is better to improve the game on the PC. Thus create for best experience on each device. Mainly because a port from console to pc is mainly useless, and my opinion, a waist of time and money on the producers side.
