So if you are an online console player in SA you will be well aware of the face that the online multiplayer scene is relatively small. So much so that new games always replace their older counterparts leaving them with empty lobbies and dreams of what could have been. So for the last time enjoy lag free, local lobbies on the above mentioned games because there will be none come Oct 28 and Nov 8th.

RIP BFBC2 and COD:BO multiplayer :cry:
 
I actually enjoyed BC2 (not at the beginning cause of the hitreg) but not BO. Worst FPS game i ever played online.
 
I love BO multiplayer! LOL

But I've preordered MW3, so no worries there for me. Aaaamped!

Still considering whether I should get BF3 though, coz I normally jam split screen with the wife. Oh well.
 
I shall be giving this a whirl myself on Xbox, lets see if it lives up to my all time fav... Halo Reach.

I never did buy BO... my friend did! Lol, poor oke.
Came over for a visit and dumped it on my table with some comment like "You can have this for free if you want it. Just make sure *I* never see it again!"

Played the single-player for an hour. Wasn't very good. Not terribad, but also very bland.
Tried the multiplayer... yeah, that idea lasted exactly 12 minutes.
 
I must say im not going to miss them terribly, as long as the new release is better than the first I dont mind saying goodbye.
 
Well, okes are still playing the first bad company on line. its weird, you just get these die hards who love it so it may be the same for BC2 and BO.
Not a fan of any MW games either though.
 
I quite like Black Ops, am also looking forward to MW3 though, so farewell BO and hello MW3

I'm so surprised okes get so pissed with it, hahahaha

Whats SO bad about it? Its the game I've got the most out of to be honest. Hoping MW3 can live up to it and some.
 
Sorry but i can't miss either of 'em. Both were awesome games but looking forward to their new editions.
 
It's good to see the classics being replaced! It was totally time for a change - and what more than BF3 and MW3 to change that (More BF3 though :P)
