Cartoon : Invader Zim
Character : Gir
Reason : Just pure awesomeness !!!! greatest char of all time

Character : Gunter
Reason : Theres a episode where the devil comes to collect souls next thing they show him saying you have the darkest soul i have ever seen they pan out and you see hes talking to Gunther Gunther then slaps him

Character : Rainbow Dash
Reason : Self explanitory 20% Cooler :P

Okay sure, Reboot isn't a cartoon, but what the hell: Megabyte, from Reboot. Because he's one of the best villians I've ever seen.
