Thats what they say, it releasing at the end of the year in Japan so we'll most probably see it at the end of 2010 only M$ wants it to release simultaneously on PS3 and 360 hence the extra long delay. They actually had the balls to say that it will sell more on their system but they don't even have Japan which is where most of the sales come from lol!

What is yoiur reason for not having finished one before? The lastest FF may turn out to be more of the same.
