Find Cell number owner

Hi guys I am sure you may have seen requests like this on many sites ,
But I am hoping some kind Person will assist if they can and bend a few rules .
The story is simple and common , harassing phone calls all sorts of obsinitys endless daily text messages to a very close friend.
The usual has been done reported to the police ( who are so useless ) but they cant do anything unless its a assualt ,murder or some crime.
Short of just blocking the number which is a option albeit a temp option ( they would just use another number )
the real goal is to find out who it is .
Cell C confirms it is Rica'd sim but wont give Owner details for obvious company policy reason .

I ask here in the hopes some one can assist and or may be bend the rules.
 
so basically the psycho on the other end of the line hat to try and kill you first before the cops will react? REDONKULOUS!

perhaps if you go through the process of filing harassment charges Cell C will be forced to give up it's details in order to have it prosecuted...

Its sad but often the simplest solution is simply to change your own number, blocking it also works even if just temporary like you said. Its one of those cases where the law seems to protect to perpetrator rather than the victim.

yeah that could work, then if it still continues after that at least you'll know it has to be someone close... :wtf:

I did that to some chop who kept calling and smsing me, then I signed them up to those R5 per day subscriptions and proceeded to add them on iBlacklist on my phone :p

Thats brilliant. Those porn ones cost a fortune, sight them up for like 10 or so of them and watch the world burn.
 
The phone is switched off most times but when they do airtime zapped , no airtime means no calls or texts .
sweeeeet im earning huge brownie points .
 
well I've done what I can... for today :D

he'll have quite a surprise waiting for him. and every insurance company will be giving him a call soon as that phone is on for long enough
