First Gears 3 review is up

I wouldn't expect anything less- 10/10 in my book - "greatest game ever made" - wolvie (even tho I haven't played it yet :P)

So far I've played a few hours of multiplayer and I'm playing through the campaign co-op with some friends.

I must say that I'm really enjoying the game - it looks good as well.
 
I have caved. I will make this one exception and buy an XBOX game, but let me put it on record it ONLY because it GEARS OF WAR.

With some nice add-ons/features like the weapons(The Retro Lancer is friggen awesome) and the Silverbacks <----- I want one of those in real life :D -------> and some new grubs to shoot in the face.

Continuation? Maybe. Its set 2 years after they sunk Jacinto.

So I decided to play some multiplayer last night.......sheeeesh did I get SLAUGHTERED !!!!!!!

Hell people the game released Tuesday im level 5 how the HELL are you okes on 38 and 40 already

Yeah was going to say the same thing, its kids with no lives. :rolleyes:
 
I think most those kids/guys has been playing from the Beta release and if I'm not mistaken they kept that experience. Correct me if I'm wrong.
 
Played last night for the first time an invigorating game of horde. Wow its like a step up from 2 in visuals and intensity.

Tried my hand at the Multiplayer this weekend. So much fun!!

And what's nice is that the matchmaking puts together local players, so it was great playing against some local guys :)

Only thing I don't like is that it seems to be a bit bandwidth heavy. I monitored it and it took about 7 - 10MB per match.
