Flu shots: Yay or Nay?

Nevar! It's a money-making scheme.

Lol. It is fairly well know that your body, provided your immune system is in perfect working condition and you are not short of nutrients, will be able to identify the baddies much faster and thus you will be able to conquer the flu much more efficiently.

It is, however, true that this is moreover a guessing game.. the vaccine also needs to change each year due to the constant change in the flu virus. It is safe to say that the effectivity of the flu vaccine is highly dependent on the researchers who created it.

Sometimes it is highly effective, sometimes it would make no difference. It is certain though, that your much less likely to *suffer* from flu after getting a flu shot.

I've never noticed a difference really. I still get the flu every year.
