Hey so has anyone else played with the app's call centre feature i'm trying to figure out if it uses a data connection to call them or what exactly?
 
Don't you have anything else to do besides posting useless threads asking for information you could have easily searched on google...?

I wouldn't even consider google, google doesn't know everything;) I've wanted to find out things about FNB before, but the information is no where to be found. I find this quite disappointing about FNB....

I agree, the best place to go would be MyBroadband, there's always (read sometimes) someone to help you:)

I tried Google, its useless in your opinion, I have had the app for months and only bothered to look at that yesterday im sure im not the only one.

I have a account at mybroadband, I enjoy this community more.

Google is useless. It still doesn't understand English.

I agree that MyG is better. I chat with people here. MyBB I just use when I need help with something.

I always bring my queries here first unless it is something really specialised like software development / sql related stuff... or cars... perhaps even financial / insurance related. For all else, there is MyG Off Topic.

As for the OP, as far as I know, you'll be prompted to either connect via the FNB App (free / data connection) or via the Cellular provider.
