FNB PlayStation deal prices revealed

Did anybody received communication yet from FNB after applying for the PS4 deal? I'm starting to worry that my application did not go though as i did not receive any emails or whatever.

I can't remember where I saw it, but I'm sure it said somewhere that they would contact you within 10 days of placing your order.

Also if you go to their website the Ps4 is listed as sold out now.

Alright, thanks.

Will probably wait till next week

I just got off the phone with FNB. The guy says they are in the process of downloading and processing all the applications today and they will notify the clients as soon as they're done. He recommended I phone back around 3pm or tomorrow morning if I don't want wait for the notification. He also said that I had a very good chance of being within the 100 as I ordered around 12:30.

I hope they don't take until day 10 to contact me :p. Pleaaaase let me have been one of the first 100 applications.

dammit! why does this always happen to me? i was happy with my decision to NOT take FNB up on this offer. but now i'm suffering from a bout of FOMO

Awesome - good luck with getting one of them! How long are you guys expected to wait (sorry if I missed it somewhere else) before the dispatch them? I'm guessing that if they have such limited quantities that if you're in the top 100 then you should get it fairly soon?

I'm hoping I'll get some kind of notification by the end of the day otherwise I'll give them a call again. Only spent around 5 minutes on hold so wasn't too bad. Then ideally I'm really hoping that if I did get 1 that I can pick it up on the weekend :p Surely it won't take them long to move stock from the warehouse?

took me 3 weeks to get my s4...

Well I just got an sms from FNB

"FNB :) Thank you for your smart device application ...bla bla bla...which is currently being processed and we will advise you of the outcome shortly. FNB a div of FRB Ltd."

So at least it's some kind of acknowledgement :p

got a sms right now , that is being processed!!

If they have to receive it from a supplier, you are in for a long wait. I ordered the iPad Air and have been told that there is stock shortages, and that the shipments are not arriving on time. Whether this is due to the post office or what, I don't know. But I have been told to sit back and relax, longer than the 10-15 business days.

Hopefully as others have said they have stock of the 100 units at FNB and don't need to have it sent from a supplier.

I will probably look into this with the next batch they get... Its a standard order now on their site, so it wont go anywhere...

I'm still going to wait until i can personally try both the Xbox and the PS4 side by side. Exchange rate will push both of them up, so it's a lot cash to fork out for something and then have buyers remorse. But FNB should stock both.
